Single-family homes
Residential roofing for Colorado weather
Shingles, metal, and composites — installed to spec with solid warranties.
What we install
Every home is different: pitch, exposure to hail and wind, attic airflow, and what your HOA or insurer will accept. We walk through options in plain language, show manufacturer data sheets when it helps, and quote only the assembly we’d put on our own houses — no mystery upgrades.
If you’re filing a claim, we document existing damage and recommended repairs so you’re not guessing what the adjuster needs. Prefer metal for longevity or shingles for budget — we’ll align the system, ventilation, and flashing so the warranty and code requirements stay intact.
- ✓ Architectural & designer shingles — Class 4 impact-rated lines where hail is frequent; color and profile choices that still meet HOA guidelines.
- ✓ Standing seam & metal profiles — engineered for wind uplift and snow shedding; ideal when you want fewer replacements over the decades.
- ✓ Synthetic underlayment & ice & water shield — at eaves, valleys, and penetrations per IRC and local amendments for freeze–thaw cycles.
- ✓ Ventilation & flashing — balanced intake and exhaust to reduce ice dams and shingle heat aging; step, counter, and chimney flashing tied into the drainage plane.

Why reviews matter for a roof project
A new roof is a big spend; you’re hiring for craftsmanship you won’t fully see until years later. Our Google history reflects how we treat driveways, how clearly we explain insurance paperwork, and whether crews show up when scheduled. When you’re ready, we’ll still put every detail in your written quote — the reviews are just the proof that we mean it.

FAQ — residential roofing
How long does a typical re-roof take?
Most single-family homes finish in one to two days, depending on size, layers being removed, and weather. We protect landscaping, use tarps and magnets for nails, and keep you updated if anything shifts the schedule.
Do you help with insurance claims?
We can document storm damage with photos and written scope to support your claim. We don’t adjust claims for carriers — we’re your contractor — but we’ll align our quote with what your policy covers once the adjuster has weighed in.
What warranties do I get?
Manufacturer warranties cover the roofing material when installed to their specs. We provide workmanship coverage in writing for our labor; exact terms depend on the system you choose and are spelled out in the contract before work starts.
Should I choose shingles or metal?
Shingles cost less upfront and suit most HOA rules. Metal lasts longer and handles hail and wind well but costs more. We’ll compare total cost of ownership, look, and your roof geometry so the choice isn’t guesswork.
Is the inspection really free?
Yes — we’ll inspect on the roof and in the attic as needed, share photos, and explain whether you need a full replacement or repairs. There’s no obligation to hire us for the work after the visit.
