Six attached units shared a single architectural review board and a tight parking court. Rather than six separate mobilizations, the HOA board hired us under one master contract with per-unit lien releases as each roof finished.
Party walls received new counter-flashing and ice & water at the shared valleys where the original builder had skimped. Ridge vent NFA was equalized across units so one end unit wouldn’t pull intake from neighbors’ soffits.

- Units 3–4: Center; crane swing over courtyard with spotters.
- Units 5–6: Final tie-ins; common ridge cap alignment check.
